I will E-mail your invoice with complete charges, delivery status and delivery confirmation number the same day that I ship it.
Postage/shipping: $10.00 for ground returns unless otherwise specified. I use USPS Priority (2-3 day) mail service if other shipping isn't specified. If other shipping requests are made, the client is responsible for costs.
No deposit required for envelope orders. Full payment is due upon receipt and review of order.
Personal checks or money order.
Please send addresses in readable Word, Excel, or as a hard copy delivered with your envelopes. Word format is preferred for the speed and accuracy that I have found it allows. Order at least 25 extra envelopes per 100 to make room for error or changes. I usually keep about 6 envelopes for corrections that you may find once you have received your order. This way, I can mail them to you quickly. Not including transit times, I guarantee a one week turnaround for Rosemary, Lydia, and two weeks for Grace and Scarlett. Rush orders accepted, depending upon current workload.
